- **Event Description**: Butte County Library, in cooperation with CSU Chico faculty, are proud to invite the Community to a very special event series.

Please join us for a screening of the short-film documentary, “Mr. Tanimoto’s Journey.” This documentary details the personal experience of Mr. Jim Tanimoto's time in a Japanese Internment camp during World War II.

Following the screening, there will be a short Lecture and a Q&A panel with:
-Mr. Jim Tanimoto, himself, who is now over 100 years old,
-Dr. Jesse Dizard, Professor of Anthropology, CSU Chico (and Director of the film),
-Dr. April Kamp-Whittaker, Assistant Professor of Anthropology, CSU Chico.

The events are FREE, open to all ages, and no registration or RSVP is required.
