The Oroville Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration is Saturday December 6th starting at 5:00PM on the Oroville Library lawn.
The Parade of Lights will travel from the Country Store parking lot starting at 5:00PM, down Main Street to the Oroville Library. The parade wraps up with special guests — Santa & Mrs Claus – escorted by our hometown Fire Department!
KickOff For The Elf Hunt! Hunt for Elfie as he magically appears in a different downtown business every day between Monday December 8th and Friday December 19th. Take a picture and send it with your name and location to

PARADE PARTICIPANTS: Show your holiday spirit by decorating your car, truck, ATV, or tractor with lights and festive flair! Christmas lights and holiday decorations are highly encouraged. Line up at the Country Store parking lot at 4:45pm on Saturday, December 6th and follow the procession to the Oroville Library. No walkers in the parade.
