Deep Rest Without Effort
Lie down, get comfortable, and be gently guided into deep relaxation.
No movement, no experience needed—just rest.
Yoga Nidra helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
You remain aware while your body and mind deeply relax.
Come as you are. Leave feeling rested.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or comfortable padding
- Blanket + pillow
- Water
- Eye mask
- Anything that helps your body feel more supported (extra layers, bolsters, etc.)
