COST: $375 + tax 
Deposit of $100 (Non-refundable)

✅ Lessons & guidance from mom life coach Nadia of Self-Design Mom (Such as: Setting boundaries & how to say "no", Get clear on your dreams for the future, Find your "WHY" when goal setting, create/break habits, time management tips and tricks......)
✅ Special guests to lead meditations & art activities.
✅ Journaling, reflection & vision-setting exercises.
✅ Talks by the Fire – meaningful conversations on self-care & taking action
✅ All meals and snacks provided, so you can fully relax and recharge. Feel free to bring your own food if you have specific restrictions. 
✅ A chance to pause, dream, and take real steps toward a life that includes YOU.

This isn’t just a retreat—it’s a reset. A chance to breathe, reflect, and walk away with a clear vision and real plan to nurture yourself while still showing up for those you love.
