Usui Reiki 1 training

Reiki helps to promote harmony and balance. It is an effective, non invasive energy healing modality that enhances the body’s natural healing ability whilst energising and promoting overall wellness.
Learning Reiki is very empowering as it enables us to take charge of our own health and wellbeing rather than having to rely on others.
Some are drawn to reiki to support their physical healing, some want to delve deeper into their personal development and most have experienced the benefits of reiki and wish to be able to support themselves that way regularly.
If you feel ready to start your own personal Reiki journey by receiving the Reiki 1 Attunements and learning how to work with the beautiful Reiki energies for yourself this is the course for you.
