All the magic of Martyn’s Super Gong Spa experience, back by popular demand.

During the session you’ll be bathed in the healing & transporting power of the gongs. All you have to do is lay down-get comfortable and allow the vibrations & sound to ripple through the layers of your body, mind & soul.

Yoga mats, Blankets (1 per person), pillows, bolsters & eye pillows will be provided & you’ll be guided into a deep state of rest.

A gong spa can facilitate a nervous koi system reset, a deep meditation, an emotional release, a vision/insight of the past or future.. everyone has their own unique experience.

Often an enhanced state of wellbeing follows this deep conscious rest & vibrational therapy for the cells & brain.

Please feel free to bring along anything additional to ensure your comfort & warmth for the session.
