This special festival is an opportunity in our busy lives to put aside some time to pause, to appreciate the stillness and rest that is the gift of midwinter, to reflect on the old year that is finishing and to look forward with hope for the new year about to begin. It is a time of coming together, of sharing, and appreciation of all we have. It is also a celebration of our connectedness - to our family and friends, and to the Earth and her cycles. Excited to share our next Sound & Forest Bath- our last one was completely SOLD OUT so get your tickets while you can.

?Come & experience a sound bath like no other whilst forest bathing in the blissful setting, nestled in the willow grove at Burscough Community Farm.

?You will be immersed in nature, receive sound healing amongst the trees and learn some supportive tools to help alleviate stress.

⚜️You will also be receiving Sekhem~ an ancient Egyptian lineage of energy healing to support you

?Come & regulate your nervous system whilst you receive the crystalline codes/ vibrations of the bowls

Sound healing contraindications 

Sound meditations are suitable for most but may not be appropriate for everyone.
Contraindications:

Pacemaker or similar medical device.

1st trimester of pregnancy.

Epilepsy(especially sound sensitive)

Severe tinnitus or sensitivity to loud sounds.
