Join us for an evening of gentle movement, heartfelt reflection, and connection — with Qigong under the trees, a bonfire under the stars, and meditative activities in a peaceful farm setting.
Explore the Fire Element from Chinese Five Element health traditions, practice an easy-to-learn Qigong sequence (older than Tai Chi and suitable for all), and enjoy heart-based breathwork, meditative walking, nature crafting, and a bonfire gathering with seasonal storytelling.
Led by Heather Reade, (BSc Hons Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine), Tai Chi/Qigong teacher for 28 years.
No experience needed. Everyone welcome.

-Fire Element wisdom: exploring its connection to the Heart spirit & the Summer Solstice
-Grounding Qigong movement
-Breath & acupressure for heart calm
-Meditative walk & nature craft (e.g. willow crown)
-Bonfire gathering with stories & refreshments

(Limited spaces – early booking recommended) Please Note:
This is an outdoor event that will go ahead rain or shine, so please come prepared for the weather. We recommend wearing sturdy footwear and bringing layers, sun protection, and insect repellent as needed.
We’ll be moving through 8 acres of natural farm and woodland, where the ground may be uneven, grassy, or slightly overgrown in places — a beautiful, living landscape, but not suitable for wheelchairs.
If standing for the full session is challenging, you’re welcome to bring a folding chair or walking poles for support. You may also bring a mat or blanket if you wish, though one is not required for Qigong practice.
A covered classroom area is available in case of very poor weather conditions.
