Pilates Golden Flow

I’m thrilled to announce that I am now offering tailored Pilates sessions every Saturday in Halsall starting 27th September!

Whether you want to strengthen your core improve posture enjoy gentle joint-friendly movement or tone your whole body there’s a class designed just for you.

Refund Policy

The Golden Rose Galaxy offers a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event start time. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event to ensure places are not lost.
