Brooks Winery, based in Amity, Oregon is known for their world class Riesling and Pinot Noir. The wine is Demeter certified Biodynamic and small lot production.
Our plan is to taste 1 dry Riesling and 3 different Pinot Noirs. The full line-up and small bite pairings will be posted soon.
