Dubbed the "Piana from Savannah," he's a seven-time Blues Music Award winner whose thunderous boogie-woogie, soulful growl, and larger-than-life stage presence can light up a room faster than a lightning strike over the Delta. Whether he's rattling the rafters with his band The Train or conjuring up a tender ballad, Victor Wainwright reminds us that the blues isn't just music, it's a living, breathing, roaring spirit.
