Round Robin is a Fun, Enthusiastic often Hilarious, Free Beginner Friendly Yoga Class taught by Yoga Teachers in Training. It is a Community Favorite.

From method comes muscles. This series is great for anyone who likes repetition and consistency.

It is always the same sequence. 10min warm-up, 10min balancing, 10min standing poses, 10min backbends, 10min core strengthening, 10min cool down, 10min corpse pose/meditation. (level 1 /2)
