WHAT TO EXPECT: An hour of yoga followed by a full immersion sound bath, time to journal and reflect, completed with meditation and hot tea service. 

  This event is by contribution; suggested contribution is $25.

In addition, Tomoka State Park requires a $5 per vehicle entry fee paid at the event.

Bring a mat, water, and an open heart as we gather as Wellness Warriors under the trees at Tomoka State Park South Park Entrance.
