A summary of the project is as follows:

This is an application submitted by Parker Mynchenberg & Associates, with the authorization of the property owner, 890 North US Highway 1, LLC, for the Issuance of a development order for the development of 12.48 acres for a four (4) lot commercial subdivision with a mixture of commercial, warehouse, and light industrial uses as the Tomoka Commerce Park. The property is located at 890 North U.S. Highway 1. The master development plan proposes eleven (11) buildings totaling approximately 110,270 square feet.
