Beginner Pole 6-Week Course

Brand new to pole? Start here! In this series you will learn the foundations of pole. Learn to walk around the pole, body trace, and execute simple and beautiful spins and transitions. Completion of this course will grant you immediate access to our level 1 pole classes as well as our pole choreography classes.

No prior pole or dance experience is required—just bring your curiosity and an open mind!
