Curious to see the inside of this 125-year old landmark?  Previous owner, Tom Massfeller, bequeathed this three room cottage to OBHS to nurture and share it as part of the Ormond Hotel legacy. Originally built by Billy Fagen from the salvage of the shipwrecked Nathan Cobb Schooner, portions of the cottage remain original. 

Join us for a fascinating tour, complete with refreshments and knowledgeable tour guides offering rich insights into its history.

Parking is available at Fortunato Park, located at 2 John Anderson Drive in Ormond Beach. From there, enjoy a short two-block walk to the cottage at 137 Orchard Lane.

You’ll travel back in time as you visit the Cupola museum at the park, and enjoy the charm of historic homes lining Orchard Lane.
