The parks are fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances and facilities throughout.
Accessible and companion restrooms are available at multiple locations.
Strollers can be rented at the park entrance.
All guests must pass through security screening before entering.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a guest aged 14 or older.

Complimentary life jackets are available at self-serve racks around the water park.
Some attractions have age and height restrictions and may require adult supervision.
