Make your way to the main entrance of Universal Studios Orlando and present your dated ticket for entry. A quick biometric scan and security check later, you’ll receive your Express Pass for use at participating attractions.

Universal Studios Florida: Universal Studios features a mix of movie-themed rides, live shows, and attractions like Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts™, Transformers: The Ride 3D, and The Simpsons Ride™.
Islands of Adventure: Packed with rides, this park hosts immersive worlds like Jurassic World VelociCoaster, The Incredible Hulk Coaster, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Hogsmeade™.

Dress for comfort—go with breathable t-shirts, shorts or light pants, and comfy sneakers or walking shoes.
Pro tip: pack a poncho if water rides are on your list… future-you will thank you!
Strollers aren’t allowed in most ride queues, but each attraction has a stroller parking spot nearby.
Trained service animals are welcome throughout the park.
Ride policies vary for guests using mobility devices, but if you can transfer to the ride seat (on your own or with help from someone in your group), you're good to go.

Your ticket and Express Pass are valid only for the date you choose when booking.
They do not include access to the Hogwarts™ Express (unless you upgrade to a Park-to-Park ticket)

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person. Entry requires a biometric scan.
Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kids under 14 must be with someone at least 14 years old who meets all ride requirements.
