Spill the T.E.A. (Time * Expectations * Access) is a self-support group that discusses ways we can reduce barriers in order to move through life in a way that allows us to live as fully and connected as possible. This group will discuss increasing awareness, 'tuning in', speaking up, being in community, ways of meeting your needs, and making space for you.

Bio
Colette is a Licensed Therapist and Facilitator. She enjoys supporting individuals, groups, and organizations in living well and operating efficiently. She's provided group support and workshops on various topics with a foundation of trauma-informed practices and holistic healing for over 10 years.
