Somatics for Spoonies
Saturday, March 28 | 12–2pm EST
Reclaim movement on your terms.
Join Somatic Trauma Therapist Lindsey Coates Horvatich for a groundbreaking, hope-filled experience designed specifically for chronically ill and disabled adults. This in-person, two-hour class centers gentle, accessible movement rooted in embodied wisdom—not pressure, performance, or pushing through pain.
You’ll learn how to listen to your body’s cues, build internal safety, and create a sustainable movement practice that honors your energy. Together, we’ll explore ways to move without judgment, shame, or the familiar “I’ll just sit this one out” feeling.
This is a soft, supportive space for all bodies—every size, identity, and ability. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel grounded (mat, pillow, blanket, journal, fidget, etc.).
Not a yoga class. Lindsey is a somatically trained mental health provider—and a fellow Spoonie—offering trauma-informed, deeply respectful guidance for sustainable healing and self-trust.
