This experience invites you to taste the story, connect with others, and discover how food can deepen our understanding of narrative, culture, and community. Whether you're a passionate reader, a curious cook, or both, this immersive evening promises inspiration, creativity, and connection in every chapter—and every bite.

In this intimate cooking-and-conversation class, we'll step into the richly textured world of Ruth Reichl’s Delicious!, a nostalgic yet spirited journey through food journalism, hidden letters, and self-discovery. We'll recreate comforting dishes that reflect Billie’s evolution—from her first tentative steps in a gourmet magazine to uncovering World War II–era letters that connect her to past generations—and discuss themes of memory, resilience, and the power of food to heal emotional wounds. As we savor each bite, we’ll explore how meals become a bridge between family history, community, and personal transformation.
