During the workshop, we will briefly discuss artistic techniques that encourage wellness and time for reflection. Neurographic style art helps encourage mindfulness through doodling and free-line drawing. We will then incorporate watercolors to complete a beautiful painting, ready for framing. You will complete the class with enough knowledge to continue your own neurographic art practice at home! No previous experience necessary. Her passion for painting botanicals and florals keeps her exploring Leu Gardens and other hidden gems in Orlando. Ann Marie is currently on the board for the Central Florida Watercolor Society. Her art has been displayed at various local events and juried shows, including City Arts Orlando, the Lake Mary Museum,Crealde School of Art, and the Oakland Arts and Heritage Center.
