ROOTS TRACK — Lambada from Zero
New to Lambada or looking to ground yourself in the essentials? This track is your invitation to begin with confidence.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn:
- Core Lambada steps, rhythms, and movement patterns
- Fundamental partner connection, lead/follow communication, and musicality
- Body awareness, hip movement, and grounded footwork
- How to feel comfortable, playful, and confident social dancing
No partner or prior dance experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to move. By the end of the series, you’ll have a strong Lambada foundation and the confidence to step onto the dance floor with ease and joy.

RHYTHM TRACK — Refining the Basics & Movement Quality
For dancers with Lambada experience who are ready to deepen their movement, flow, and expression.
In this track, we’ll focus on:
- Refining Lambada fundamentals with clarity and control
- Improving flow between steps using body movement and musical timing
- Enhancing connection, responsiveness, and movement quality
- Expanding your expressive range while maintaining comfort and partnership
You’ll leave with tools to move more fluidly, dance more musically, and bring greater ease and expression into every Lambada you dance.

8:00–9:00 PM – Progressive Class (Roots or Rhythm Track)
9:00–9:30 PM – Guided Practica (included)
