ABOUT INNERSONIC

INNERSONIC is a composite, resonance-based energetic art that combines sound healing and neuroscience principles with elements of shamanism and traditional Tantric philosophy.

Carefully-crafted soundscapes lead you through the stages of a dream-like journey, while the facilitator activates your innate life force—known to the ancients as Prana—and directs it through the body to open energetic channels, dissolve blockages, and increase its flow.

This transcendent and otherworldly yet somatic experience is a purification, an upgrade to the energetic system, a tool for spiritual progression, a reconnection to Source, and a catalyst for awakening.

WHAT TO EXPECT

INNERSONIC sessions begin with an intro, which includes
an overview and a guided meditation to relax and release.

During the journey itself, you will be laying down on a mat
with your eyes closed. The music starts and draws you in.
Throughout the journey, the facilitator will approach you and
the other participants to work with energy using her hands,
which look like waving and gesturing over your body. She
might also use gentle touch or pressure on a chakra or
energy channel on your body to activate it or move the
energy through.

The journey length is approximate, depending on the length
of the soundscape. The session ends with grounding,
integration, and anchoring your experience.

Each journey is unique and different every time. Come with
curiosity and an open mind, drop expectations, and
surrender to the experience.

Effects you might experience can include:

Physical Sensations: Tingling, heat, pulses of energy through the body

Emotional Release: Crying, laughing, vocalizing

Illumination: Memories, insights, intuition, heightened awareness

Spontaneous Movements: Shaking, arching, swaying, hand mudras

Phenomenon: Time distortion, images, lights, colors, presences

Connection: Feelings of bliss, oneness, love, peace, stillness

Expressions of energetic movement are normal.

You are encouraged to express this energy and allow your body tomove, shift your position, sit, or stand (please stay on your mat).

The experience can also be subtle, still, and peaceful.

The energy is still working, no matter how it looks on the outside.

Shifts may unfold over time.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION

• The studio has a limited number of cushioned mats; there are also yoga mats available.
• Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
• Optionally, you can bring an eye mask, and a light blanket if you tend to feel cold.
• Avoid a full stomach
• No alcohol or substances for 24 hours prior

IMPORTANT: Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early to set up your space. Doors close before the journey begins, in order to maintain the sanctity of the space. We won't be able to let you in or refund your ticket if you arrive after the doors close.
