Holiday Matsuri is a fun festive convention held every year in Orlando, FL hosted at the Orlando World Center Marriott. In 2017 we had over 8,100 unique attendees! Holmat has seen a consistant 20%-25%+ growth each year.
Interested in joining our Vendor Room this year? Our Vendor Room is setup to get you the best visibility with our attendees. The best part many vendors love about our vendor room is, due to the time of the year, people have saved up for Holiday Shopping. It makes our Vendor Room incredibly profitable for our Vendors, so much that they come back year after year!
Every year our attendee base has increased, and with that, we have increased our size and quality of the vendor room. Thanks to the experts at the Orlando World Center Marriott, we have come up with an amazing 72,000 square feet vendor hall, in Florida's largest pillarless hotel ballroom. We're hoping to show off this amazing space to all of our attendees, and we're hoping you'll be a part of it.
Exhibitor SpaceEach Exhibitor Space is a 10' x 10' space with a trashcan, and two chairs. Corner booths are given two 8' skirted tables to work with, and inline booths are given one 8' skirted table.
Artist SpaceEach Artist Space is a 8' x 8' space with a trashcan to share with another booth, and two chairs. Artist tables are given one 6' skirted table to work with. In order to be accepted as an artist, you must apply as an artist to our Artist application: http://holidaymatsuri.com/2017-registration/applications/artist/
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Limited parking will be offered for Vendors, Exhibitors and Artists.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds are not available.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring the QR Codes provided by EventBrite to Vendor Relations to check in.
Can I update my registration information?
You may modify your information up to November 15th.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Exhibitors/Vendors may transfer their ticket to another vendor up until September 15th. After that point, transfers will be handled on a case by case basis.
