Then the fun part: you'll trace your very own initial and stitch it into a one-of-a-kind monogram, complete with a few additional floral details.Join us for slow, mindful stitching, good company, and a handmade treasure to take home at the end. Choose your project:Tea Towel (provided) or Tote Bag (provided) or bring an item to embroiderBy the end of the class, you'll walk away with:* A finished embroidered monogram* Confidence in core hand-embroidery stitches* The skills to start your own future embroidery projectsWhat to bring: Glasses to see better. Her next adventure was metalsmithing, participating in juried art shows for eight years before transitioning into teaching in 2004. Following the opening of her own studio and boutique in 2019, she began designing welcoming, hands-on workshops for people of all skill levels.What began as small community art gatherings has grown into large corporate and team-building programs for organizations including the Gary Sinise Foundation, WOW Event Design, local law firms and Birchstreet Systems just to name a few.
