Learn how to make unique preserved floral jewelry using UV resin. In this course, Sonja shows you how to create UV resin jewelry from start to finish. Using pre-dried florals, students will create a design, pour your own resin, remove bubbles, use a UV lamp to cure your piece of jewelry and finish with attaching any findings necessary. We'll also cover how to dry your own florals at home and the health and safety guidelines to be aware of when using resin.Who is this course for? Anyone who wants to make resin jewelry, from the first idea to the finished piece. No previous experience is needed to take this course, but a desire to explore your creativity is a must.All supplies, materials and tools are provided.Students will make1 pair of earrings or 2 pendants with chains.Caution: UV resin will be used in class. Masks and gloves are provided and required during pouring of resin.
