- **Event Description**: At times, hands-on adjustment can be a kind and guiding part of a practice.  In recent years, it seems there has been the sense of missing learning adjustments in yoga teacher trainings, and some teachers express feeling like they have moved away from offering assists and want to reincorporate it in their teaching.  We are excited to offer a workshop geared toward those interested in learning, remembering, or refining aspects of sharing touch in classes.  Yes, it will be geared toward those who have been trained or experienced in teaching yoga, but anyone is welcome who'd like to investigate and practice this aspect.  We will move through reflection, instruction, and application, so attend this workshop if you are comfortable both giving and receiving touch/adjustments/presses/assists.  We'll gather in our College Park studio on Edgewater Drive in Orlando on Saturday, June 28th from 2-5 pm.  The cost of this workshop with Holly is $32, and you can register via the link.
