Forgiveness & Letting Go Chakra Reset

Forgiveness and letting go are important components in the process of chakra healing. By releasing past hurts and resentments, individuals create space for emotional balance and energy flow throughout the body. This act of inner cleansing helps to dissolve blockages within the chakras, allowing for greater harmony and personal growth. Practicing forgiveness not only promotes emotional well-being but also supports the restoration of physical and spiritual health, enabling a deeper connection to oneself and others.
Join us for a basic understanding of the chakra system to identify where these emotions may get stuck, the physical symptoms that may be associated with holding onto this energy, and how to bring in the energies of compassion and understanding to transform this energy to one that serves rather than one that hinders.
This workshop will include exercises to identify blockages in the chakra system, personal journaling to bring old emotional beliefs into our awareness, permission to release this energy with the assistance of guides and unconditional loving Source energy, and a short sound meditation to ground the process.
