Parking:
Please park on Maple Drive (away from the corner, bus stop, and hydrant), or on Fittons Road at least ~100 m from the corner and outside any no-parking zones.

What to bring:
Bathing suit, towel, easy-on/off shoes, warm loose clothing for after, and a mug for warm tea (often provided).
Foot protection optional — dip as you prefer.

Safety:
Everyone plunges at their own risk. Beginners aim for 2–3 minutes max; experienced dippers go at your own pace.
If you have a heart or circulation condition, please consult your doctor.
In winter, be aware of ice conditions and always plunge with others.
