Join the Couchiching Cold Community for our annual New Year’s Day plunge — a wild, joyful, and soul-awakening dip in Lake Couchiching to support youth mental health in Orillia.

This year, we’re plunging for a cause close to home:
? New Path Youth & Family Services, providing free mental health care to children, teens, and families in our region.
Let’s raise funds, raise spirits, and dive into the new year with clarity, courage, and community.

? What to Bring:

Baggy/comfy warm clothes

towel, yoga mat (or another towel), bathrobe (optional but nice)

Easy slip-on shoes or boots

Hat + neoprene gloves/booties (optional)

Thermos with your fave hot drink
