Sumer Mishue

Sumer's passion and calling is to serve the community as it awakens and walks the path of individual spiritual awakening and growth. She is an energy conduit, psychospiritual integration coach, and meditation teacher. She facilitates group and one-on-one sessions for kundalini activation, as well as integration sessions for those working with plant medicine. She also hosts free weekly meditation groups for anyone wishing to start or deepen their spiritual practices. Sumer draws upon her own work with yoga, meditation, Universal Energy/Kundalini, chanting, plant medicines and many life lessons.
