With a combined20 years of industry experience, they both began their careers at local beauty colleges and havededicatedthemselves toraising the standardof education in the Central Valley.Since 2016, they have owned and operated Specialty Beauty Spa, and in2021, theyexpanded their visionby opening Specialty Academy — bringing reputable, quality brands and hands-on training to their community. Through theirpartnership with Borboleta Pro, Olivia & Raquel provide branded, in-person certifications in lash and brow services designed to support both students and seasoned professionals in building theirskills and confidence.
