Follow Sojourner Truth HouseSojourner Truth House is a ministry of hope and help for homeless and at-risk women and their children sponsored by the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ. Through hospitality, advocacy, integrative services and collaboration, participants improve their quality of life and that of the community in a safe, trusting environment.The goal is to equip participants with the skills and resources needed to maintain self-sufficiency and make positive contributions to the community. They can attend therapeutic and life skill classes that teach them how to move toward a life of stability and prosperity.
