Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the first traditionally Black Sorority was founded at Howard University in 1908. Our motto is "Service to all Mankind." Upsilon Beta Omega Chapter was chartered in 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
