Cultivating connection to bring back the beautiful places we all can experience within ourselves. Through my years of experience as a couples photographer studying human connection, my own journey battling chronic illnesses, and studies as a yoga and meditation teacher I've come to find the greatest gift we can give ourselves and each other is this ability to shift. It's the self-authoriship I want everyone to remember, that we have the power, and the biology to support us to become who we desire but it first must start with a friendship with ourselves.
