We are making menudo and tamales. Feel free to dress in garb and we will get some great pics! This is an all day event, so plan on bringing a lunch. We are going to try and be done by the time archery practice happens. Please RSVP by the 22nd because we need to know how many are coming so we have enough food at the end. 

What we have:
Menudo ingredients, cilantro and lime for garnish, crock pot for the soup.
Tamale ingredients 

What we need:
Plates/bowls and plastic silver wear, drinks(sugared and not), a LARGE stock/canning pot with a steamer basket, lawn chairs/extra seating possibly needed, all the hands available!

Tamales are a bit labor intensive, but many hands make light work! A bit of history of both dishes will be shared as we are making them.

ADVISORY:We have a menagerie of critters, including 2 tiny chaos gremlins (children). If you have phobias/allergies please advise and we will be as accommodating as possible.
