Worry rocks are a great way to channel out negative energy, reduce anxiety, and add protection. In this class we will learn how to find, use, and take care of the rock that is just right for us.

Natalie has always found great comfort in the company of tall trees, bubbling creeks, and quiet prairie walks. There is something sacred in nature that awakens your most primitive, spiritual self. She followed this calling to Core Shamanism, and it has made her a stronger person physically, mentally, and spiritually.
