Panelists: 
Nick Ludovishi
Nick grew up in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After college, he dove into contracting and real estate, joining WiscoREIA in January 2025. Through the connections and mentorship found within the group, Nick was able to transition full-time into contracting and real estate investing immediately after graduation.

Tejas Hedge
Tejas is a Wisconsin-based software developer turned real estate investor, focused on fix-and-flip and BRRRR projects. Blending his tech background with a passion for real estate, Tejas builds tools and systems to find motivated sellers and analyze deals more efficiently. He’s currently growing his business in Dane County and learning the ropes of flipping, wholesaling, and investing from the ground up.

Knelly Dettinger
Knelly Dettinger runs TruLiving Real Estate Keller Williams - a small team consistently helping over 150 families a year in western WI, eastern MN and now in San Diego County, where she has been living & running her business remotely since 2021.
 With niches in investing, lake property, land & generally serving sellers at the highest levels, Knelly has truly created a life by design with her main priorities being creating opportunities for her family (she has 9 kids!) and supporting her passion project, which is the TruLiving Birth Center, the Chippewa Valley's only out of hospital holistic birth center. TruLiving Real Estate means being bold, friendly rebels in the real estate industry which is shown by intense creative problem solving, high value service & expert negotiation. One of her greatest joys has been mentoring her family in this business and helping them succeed not only in sales, but investing as well.
