WellRounded: Rucking

WellRounded Rucking is a welcoming, movement-based mental wellness meetup focused on building resilience through connection and intentional challenge. Rucking simply means walking with added weight—such as a backpack or weighted vest—all levels are welcome, and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace. This monthly group hike includes stairs and varied terrain, offering both physical and mental benefits while fostering community and support.

This event is weather dependent. Light snow is okay, but if road or trail conditions are unsafe, we will postpone. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates and announcements.
