Located between the eyebrows, the third eye chakra is the center of intuition, insight, and inner wisdom. It guides us beyond the surface, helping us to see clearly, trust our intuition, and connect with deeper layers of consciousness.

In this transformative session, we’ll begin with a gentle Yoga Nidra practice—a guided yogic sleep that relaxes the body deeply while sharpening the mind’s clarity and receptivity. Following this, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath designed to open the third eye, release mental fog, and awaken your inner vision.

Allow yourself to journey inward, expanding your awareness and tuning into the subtle wisdom that lies beyond the ordinary senses.

Have you ever been curious about the chakra energy system and how it can support your well-being?  Join Jen for a transformative sound and energy healing journey through the chakras, designed to awaken, align and restore your inner flow. 

In this workshop series, we’ll explore each chakra in depth.   Creating a sacred supportive container to expand your consciousness and knowledge of each chakra.  The intention is to empower you on your journey as you develop your own unique road map to greater health & wellness.  

Each session includes a recalibration of your energy system, guided by Jen using essential oils, alchemized crystal sound bowls and other instruments—culminating in a beautiful 60 minute sound bath designed to restore balance and harmony.  

You can expect leaving each session with:

+ Greater awareness of how chakras function within you
+ Opportunity to release emotional blockages & stuck or stagnant energies
+ Calm and peaceful nervous system 
+ Greater immune function, sleep and vitality  
+ Journal prompts, mantras, mudras or other yogic practices to take home and explore on your own
