The Peoria Camera Club (PCC) was founded in 1954. Over these 70+ years, the PCC has worked to promote the art and science of photography in Central Illinois. By offering educational opportunities, encouragement, mutual support and friendships, the PCC has a long history of improving the photographic and artistic skills of its members. Besides learning activities, the PCC arranges opportunities for its members to exhibit their work, to participate in outings and to receive feedback from knowledgeable judges via a variety of digital and print competitions. The PCC welcomes photographers of all skill levels and interests. As a group, PCC members produce a diverse array of images in both digital and print formats. They have received awards and recognitions at the local, regional and national levels. The PCC meets twice monthly from September through May. Website: www.peoriacameraclub.com
