Clackamas County is offering 48 tax foreclosed surplus properties at a public oral auction. These parcels are located throughout the county, ranging from small vacant lots to larger rural acreage.

What to know:
• 20 percent deposit required at the auction (cash or cashier’s check only)
• Remaining balance due within two business days
• All properties sold as-is; no title insurance provided
• Registration and proof of funds required for entry
