There are any number of ways to utilise the labyrinth with both the prayer of words, images and ideas and the prayer of silent stillness viable options. Yes, you can walk and be silent and still at the same time.
This morning will have input with an explanation of what labyrinths are, some tips on how to use your walk, discussion if required and then a walk on the beautiful Chartres-style labyrinth at Winbourne.
