Labyrinth Reflection Day - Finding Peace Despite Turmoil

Our next presentation, Finding Peace Despite Turmoil will begin in the Mary Elliott Room by Dr. Brother Barry Donaghue (Christian Brother).
This is mainly a quiet reflection day with an introduction to labyrinth walking for those who are unfamiliar. Winbourne is a beautiful, peaceful venue for this kind of slowing down; ‘me-time’ that allows you to recollect, re-energise, re-organise or just respond to the presence of Being Itself. Labyrinth walking prompts both problem solving and insight as your circumstances require, doing so in a way that illuminates and empowers many on their forward path.
