Grief touches us all, yet each journey is unique. As a life and grief coach, I have learned how important it is to meet people in grief exactly where they are—to honor their story, their pace, and their way of grieving. Grief changes us, and it asks for time, tenderness, and community in order to be witnessed and supported.

This gathering is a gentle space where you are welcome just as you are. A place to sit, to breathe, to be listened to without judgment or expectation. We share tea, conversation, and quiet moments, allowing grief to be present while also nurturing connection—to your loved one, to yourself, and to the world around you.

This space is open to anyone who is grieving. You may be mourning the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a home, job, identity, health, or a life you once knew. You are also welcome if you are seeking personal growth through life’s transitions, or if you feel called to help cultivate a more grief-informed and compassionate community.

🤍 We gather in the peaceful garden surrounding the Aruba Peace Labyrinth at Alto Vista—a sacred space that is deeply connected to my own grief journey, and one that offers a quiet sense of grounding and healing.

🤍 We meet on Thursdays from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm: 
* February 5 & 19
* March 5 & 19
* April 2, 16 & 30

Each gathering may include a gentle theme or open conversation. Sometimes we explore questions about grief—what a griever needs, how to cope when emotions feel overwhelming, how loss has changed us, or what brings comfort in this season of life.

Always, there is room for your questions and your truth.
This is a space to share, to listen, and to feel supported. Together, we create connection and care—so we may grieve more fully and live more fully.
