? At the heart of the celebration is the Very Merry Holiday Market, an open-air, European-style market on Second Street that runs every festival day from November 21–30. 
Stroll through rows of charming wooden chalets adorned with glowing garlands, discover handcrafted gifts and décor, and savour festive food and drink in a winter wonderland atmosphere.
Whether you’re here for the market, the lights, or the warmth of community spirit, Joy + Lights is your invitation to celebrate the season in true Orangeville style.

The first Joy + Lights weekend sets the stage for a classic holiday celebration filled with sparkle, song, and small-town charm.

Tree Lighting & Starlight Shopping
Kick off the holiday season as we open the Very Merry Holiday Market at noon and light up Downtown Orangeville’s magnificent Christmas tree at 7:00 PM!
Enjoy live music, strolling light shows, and David Nairn’s beloved reading of ’Twas the Night Before Christmas.

?? After the tree glows to life, meet Santa on Mill Street, shop the Very Merry Holiday Market, and enjoy extended shopping hours with Double Joy Book stamps at participating downtown stores.
