Tending the Spark: Where Earth and Energy Meet
A Beltane Forest Therapy Experience
As spring deepens, the forest begins to hum with energy - new growth unfolding, warmth returning, and life moving outward once again. Beltane marks this seasonal shift, a time traditionally associated with vitality, connection, and the meeting of earth and energy.
In this guided forest therapy session, we’ll explore what it means to tend the spark - the quiet sense of aliveness that lives within each of us and is mirrored all around us in the natural world. Through slow walking, gentle sensory invitations, and moments of rest and reflection, you’ll be invited to notice where energy stirs, where grounding is needed, and how the two can exist together.
Our time together will include opportunities to engage the senses, connect with the living landscape, and pause in ways that support presence rather than performance. You’ll be invited to move at an unhurried pace, to listen inward, and to experience the forest as a place of relationship, balance, and renewal.
This session is an invitation to step into spring with curiosity and care - to feel rooted in the earth beneath you while gently tending the spark of vitality, creativity, or connection that wishes to grow.
