Between festive gatherings, endless treats, and packed schedules, it’s easy to lose focus on caring for the temple God entrusted to us. Temple Wellness is a faith-based workshop designed to help women navigate holiday temptations with strength, grace, and intentionality.

Presenters Tina Wroblewski—a 25-year health and wellness professional—and Andrea Hamburg—a life-change coach passionate about faith-fueled transformation—will equip you with practical tools to make nourishing choices during the holidays, find balance without guilt, and stay anchored in God’s truth.

Together, we’ll explore how honoring our bodies is an act of worship, even when pumpkin pie and party platters call our name. And because we believe in practicing what we teach, we’ll share a healthy harvest salad as we learn how small, mindful choices can honor God and bless our bodies.
