Led by Eric Barnett, acclaimed guitarist of Points North, this tribute features veteran artists from iconic rock bands celebrating one of the most influential guitarists of all time. Frequently named among the top five guitarists by Rolling Stone and known as “the guitarists’ guitarist,” Jeff Beck’s pioneering spirit will be honored by a lineup committed to pushing the boundaries of their instruments in his memory.

Jeff Beck was one of rock’s most innovative and influential guitarists, continually reinventing his sound over a career spanning six decades. He first made his mark in the mid-1960s replacing Eric Clapton in The Yardbirds, helping shape early guitar-driven rock. Beck then formed the Jeff Beck Group—featuring Rod Stewart and Ronnie Wood—laying groundwork for heavy rock and proto-metal with raw, powerful blues-based playing.

From the 1970s onward, Beck shifted toward jazz-fusion and instrumental rock, mastering tone, phrasing, and dynamics in a way that pushed the electric guitar’s expressive potential. Albums like Blow by Blow and Wired cemented his reputation as a technical and artistic pioneer. Known for avoiding mainstream commercial trappings, he prioritized experimentation and musicianship, blending rock, blues, jazz, electronica, and even orchestral elements.

Beck earned multiple Grammy Awards, influenced generations of guitarists, and remained a restless stylist until his death in 2023—celebrated for his touch, control of the whammy bar, and refusal to repeat himself.
